Delivery Timeframe

  • Domestic (UAE) Standard Delivery: 3 business days.
    • Orders placed before 12:00 PM GST are processed the same day.
    • Orders placed after 12:00 PM GST will be processed the next business day.
  • International Shipping: 3-4 business days, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping (3-Day Delivery within UAE): Complimentary for all UAE orders.
  • International Shipping (3-4 Business Days): Charges vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • After your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Address

Ensure your shipping address at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our delivery partner will attempt redelivery.
  • If the package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange a redelivery or issue a refund.

Delivery Restrictions

  • Coverage Area: We deliver domestically within the UAE and internationally to selected destinations.
  • P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
